To sign up for any sport or activity please download the appropriate Registration Forms and take them along with your payment to the Recreation Office. Sign-ups for minors must be done by a parent or legal guardian. Any registration form for a minor must be turned in with a signed Parents Code of Ethics and a Hold-Harmless agreement.
