The Centralia Recreation Complex (basketball, swimming) is located in Downtown Centralia on 2nd Street, just south of Broadway along the railroad tracks.

The Band Shell (concerts, movies) is located behind the Centralia Library on East Broadway.

Centralia High School (basketball, volleyball) is located on Calumet Street just west of Airport Rd.

Evers Field (football) is located on Calumet St. and Perrine St. just west of the CHS Campus.

Fairview Park (baseball, softball, swimming, skateboard park) is located along Rt. 161 on the west side of Centralia.
